RepoMind ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information.

Information We Collect

RepoMind collects minimal data necessary to provide its core functionality:

• GitHub Access Tokens: Stored securely in your device's Keychain to authenticate with GitHub's API. We never transmit these tokens to our servers.
• Voice Recordings: Processed on-device using Apple's Speech Recognition framework. Audio data is not stored or transmitted externally.
• App Usage Data: Local preferences stored via UserDefaults on your device only.

How We Use Your Information

• To display your GitHub repositories within the app
• To transcribe voice notes into task cards
• To save your app preferences locally

Data Storage

All your data (repositories, Kanban boards, tasks) is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. We do not operate servers that store your personal information.

Third-Party Services

• GitHub API: Used to fetch your repository information. Subject to GitHub's Privacy Policy.
• Apple Speech Recognition: Voice transcription is processed according to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Apple StoreKit: Subscription purchases are handled by Apple's App Store.

Data Security

We implement security measures including:

• Keychain storage for sensitive tokens with biometric protection
• On-device data encryption via iOS security features
• No cloud storage of personal data

Children's Privacy

RepoMind is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date.
