Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RepoMind ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

RepoMind is a mobile application that helps developers manage their GitHub repositories with Kanban-style task boards and voice transcription features.

User Accounts

• You must have a valid GitHub account to use the app's core features
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub access tokens
• You agree not to share your account access with others

Subscriptions and Payments

• Free Tier: Limited features including 1 GitHub account, 3 repositories, and 3 Kanban columns
• Pro Subscription: Unlocks unlimited accounts, repositories, and columns
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Circumvent any technological measures designed to protect the app
• Use the app in a way that could damage or impair its functionality

Intellectual Property

RepoMind and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

GitHub Integration

RepoMind integrates with GitHub's API. Your use of GitHub through this app is also subject to GitHub's Terms of Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Use.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
